High school students attending the MU Natural Resources Careers Academy received instruction in soil health parameters and how to measure soil health using the MO DIRT soil monitoring kits.

After, they were invited to receive their own soil health monitoring kit, choose a site to monitor, and proceed with their own soil health surveys in the name of citizen science.
