MO DIRT held a soil health survey training in Kirksville, MO for the 2018 Agroforestry and Forestry Symposium.
School teachers from the area attended to learn about soil health and how MO DIRT's citizen science project seeks to enhance knowledge and protection of the soil through state-wide soil health surveys. At the end of the training, they were invited to participate in the soil health surveys themselves, or with their students as an educational activity.
