Soil Health Class

September 11, 2017

A soil health class was offered to graduate students from St. Louis University as part of their Environmental Studies course. The students learned to measure physical, chemical and biological soil parameters. The soil samples were collected from forest and prairie habitats and the students were able to compare differences in soil parameters between these habitats.

MO DIRT at Pints 'n' Plants

 The MO DIRT project was presented to an enthusiastic group of St. Louis citizens at the Urban Chestnut Brewing Company. This presentation was part of the Pints 'n' Plants program of the Gateway Greening.
