MO DIRT and other employees and volunteers of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center's Science Education and Outreach program attended a STEM Splash event at Danforth Elementary School. Working with children kindergarten through fifth grade, MO DIRT introduced students to the concepts of soil science and health through the Living Soil activity, which allows students to find and identify soil organisms, and share what they learn with their peers.
